She specializes in helping you create a personalized plan and providing strategies and tools to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals.

Music—listening to all kinds of music, especially Mozart piano concertos and singer songwriters like Tom Waits and Amy Mann...oh! and singing—badly
Arts and crafts: painting large acrylic abstracts and trying to learn watercolor; knitting cashmere sweaters in gorgeous colors
Reading—memoirs, mysteries and poetry
Walks—especially in my neighborhood and other beautiful settings, sports—spectator!
Chocolate--especially dark or coconut
